Catch them here and on YouTube as LGBTQ2S+ changemakers and their champions are honoured at the inaugural celebration

The inaugural PTP Pink Awards are a chance for prominent LGBTQ2S+ celebrities and activists to come together for an evening of celebration and fundraising.

Xtra was live on the red carpet with host Shannon Burns, writer and producer Elliot Page, musicians Jeremy Dutcher and Rufus Wainwright, Canada’s Drag Race winner Queen Priyanka and more.

The Pink Awards were organized by Pink Triangle Press, Xtra’s parent company.

On occasion, the number of editors and other staff who contribute to a story gets a little unwieldy to give a byline to everyone. That’s when we use “Xtra Staff” in place of the usual contributor info. If you would like more information on who contributed to a particular story, please contact us here.
