MAC Cosmetics runs ad featuring female bodybuilder

Despite the rise in ads featuring real women with healthy body-types, as opposed to the “human coat hangers” that previously dominated high-fashion ads, there is one body-type that’s pretty often been neglected: bodybuilders.

Sadly, there aren’t a lot of high-fashion ads out there that appeal to women who can knock a motherfucker out. At least, not until now: behold MAC Cosmetics’ new ad, called Strength, which features a female bodybuilder serving high-glam realness.

WOW. Okay, not only is she super pretty, but I’m actually kinda jealous of her arms. Congrats, MAC, that is some sweet androgyny.
