That’s right: three out of the 50 best are from MTL, y’all.

Val Desjardins, co-owner of The Royal Phoenix, said that the bar’s menu has just launched and reflects what she totally wants to eat all of the time. Like poutines and fucking po’ boys. (That’s short for a poor boy sandwich, whitey.) She can’t really eat them all day as she’s gotta train for the Roller Derby World Cup in Toronto. She’s one of the 12 chosen to represent us on Team Canada.
