Doggie auditions for Wizard of Oz

And your little dog too

A new production of the Wizard of Oz is seeking a canine star to fill the role of Toto. Fallen Rock Productions is putting on the show from Wed, Feb 18 to 22 at the Isabel Bader Theatre.

The company is seeking a dog that resembles the Cairn terrier of the movie, is small enough to fit into a basket and can “sit, run, bark on command and follow a Yellow Brick Road.” The owner or trainer must also be able to attend all performances.

Auditions for the part will be held at 11:30am on Mon, Feb 2 at the Fermenting Cellar in the Distillery District. For more information and to register your dog call the audition hotline at (647) 722-6514 or email toto@hccink.com.
