A trial date has been set in the case of a man charged with assaulting two Oshawa lesbians in front of their children in November.
Mark Scott, who is charged with two counts of assault causing bodily harm, appeared in an Oshawa courtroom on Jan 22. According to his lawyer, Mark Jacula, during the appearance the defence, the Crown and the judge all agreed on trial dates of Oct 28 to 30.
Jacula says his client will plead not guilty on both counts. The case will be heard before a judge in provincial court in Oshawa.
