Disappointment over cancellation of City Hall flag-raising

Xtra.ca videographer Michael Pihach was at The 519 flag unveiling this week, where some queer community members expressed disappointment that the annual City Hall flag-raising was cancelled. The ceremony was cancelled Monday morning after thousands of city workers walked off the job.
